It looks like the HMD Global is planning to bring few surprises at MWC 2018 event at Barcelona starting from February 26th. Aside from the new Nokia flagship, the company could be introduced a powerful mid-range smartphone, Alleged Nokia 7 Plus upgraded variant of the Nokia 7 which was launched in last year.

Nokia 7 Plus

The new improved version of the Nokia 7is expected to available for globally after unveiled at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2018. Because the Nokia 7 is exclusive to China. Last week, Nokia device appeared on Geekbench with model HMD Global Nokia 7 Plus. The phone scored 1636 points in single core test and 5902 in multi-core test. Now we have almost all information about its specifications.

According to the leaked specs, the Nokia 7 Plus would come with a 6-inch display with 18:9 aspect ratio and Corning Gorilla Glass protection coating. If this is true, the Nokia 7 Plus may be the first full-screen smartphone from HMD Global. It will be available with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB internal storage option along with micro SD card support. The phone will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor under the hood along with Adreno 512 GPU.

The new Nokia 6 will be featured with dual camera sensor on the back side, 12-megapixel + 13-megapixel with Carl Zeiss lens and 2X optical zoom, unlike the Nokia 7 which has a 16-megapixel camera. On the front side, it will have a 16-megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss lens and Tetracell Technology. It will run on Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box. It will also come with USB Type C port and 18W quick charging support.

Nokia 7 Plus

Nokia 7 Plus will come with Aluminium unibody coated to provide Ceramic texture and feel, dual color options, a fingerprint sensor on the back side and 360° spatial audio technology (Nokia OZO).

But, all the details about the Nokia 7 Plus are not confirmed by the company and its impossible to vouch for its accuracy. Because it comes from just one source in China. Hopefully, we will see more information about the phone in the coming weeks.
