Everything we know about Samsung Galaxy S9 Duo
Samsung will continue to use the successful design of the previous two generations. As the renders, Published by MySmartPrice, shows similarities between Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus and Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus. Also, Renders of Onleaks shows the larger Galaxy S9Plus.
The renders show that the fingerprint sensors have been relocated below the camera. Which is a dual-lens unit. whereas Galaxy S8 has a single rear camera.
The Launch date of the duo is coming soon and we are already getting more leaks by the day. Recently rumors were saying that the fingerprint sensor could be moving under the display and its possible appearance at CES in Las Vegas next month.
Specification of the Samsung S9 Duo
The above video shows that the Samsung Galaxy S9 looks identical to its predecessor, the Samsung Galaxy S8. According to the leak, the bottom bezel is slated to be 0.1 mm slimmer than the S8 and the display will be 5.65-inches with rounded corners. The dimensions of the phone are allegedly 147.6 x 68.7 x 8.4 mm.
The power, volume, and Bixby buttons are at the same place that was in Galaxy S8. The USB Type-C and 3.5 mm headphone jack is at the bottom. The only change we could see is at the back. Samsung caught a ton of flack for the placement of the fingerprint sensor on the Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus. It looks like they were listening because it is now under the camera sensor instead of next to it. The flash and heartbeat sensor still sits to the right.
These renders show us the main change in both phones. The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 was the first Samsung flagship to have a dual-camera setup. The above renders show that the Galaxy S9 will not follow the dual camera legacy. There is a single camera module to the north of the fingerprint scanner, not a dual-camera module.
As always Samsung will be bringing something new. This time it is expected to see Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 845 processor, With at least 4GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage.
