Xiaomi is probably the biggest smartphone brand in India, which has recently outpaced Samsung. Particularly, in the Q4 of 2017, it made a grand success with its Redmi Note 4. The company is also expected to keep up the fortune, with its next iterations, which are yet to launch – The Redmi Note 5 and Note 5 Pro.
Cheered by its growth, the company is said to be planning to launch as many as six smartphone models in the country this year, including the upcoming Redmi 5, which is expected to go on sale on Amazon, this week.
Xiaomi India’s MD, Manu Jain has previously stated that dedicated Mi Home Stores “Will Happen Soon” in India. The smartphones aren’t the only products that the company hopes to bring to India. Also, it tries in launching new products (i.e). Smart TV’s which makes the company reach its peak.
The abundant growth of Xiaomi has made a decision or plan for this 2018. The company will look to invest more in launching new products as much as possible and plans to open a total of 100 Mi Home Stores in India by the end of 2018.
As reported by Digit, Xiaomi has opened its first Mi Store in India which is Located in Phoenix Market City Mall in Velachery, Chennai. It is the company’s 25th Mi Home store. The company is also keen on opening more Mi stores in Delhi and Mumbai.
Xiaomi India’s MD, Jain also hinted that the Xiaomi will increase its product catalog in India going forward and aims to open a total of 100 Mi Home Stores in India by the end of 2018, to allow buyers to experience, assess, and buy their products. Let’s hope for the Mi Stores near us for soon.
