Windows 10 OS was built on the pillars of CShell or Composable Shell which means no matter what device is running Windows 10, it will sharing the same Core of features. Noting this, Microsoft accidently released an Internal Build 16212 which goes by String 16212.rs_edge_case with some improvements from SwiftKey Keyboard .
As per a leak from the Famous WalkingCat , CShell’s new TextInput component is based on SwiftKey a keyboard company that Microsoft acquired a few years ago.
16212 has new "FluencyDS.dll" and "Fluency" folder in System32, it is "Fluency Prediction Engine", the brain of SwiftKey

This means that the On Screen keyboard will probably be replaced and will add new great improvements like Swipe and Better prediction . It finally seems like Microsoft is making its best efforts in improving the OS and we are looking forward to see many more exciting features like this in the near future.
