Microsoft is currently testing a feature with upcoming Windows 10 Creators Update which will help in preventing installation of Bloatware in Windows 10. This new feature will allow users to install apps only from Windows Store and prevent them from installing Win32 apps.
This upcoming feature will be disabled by default, but users can enable it if they want. This feature also allows you to permanently prevent you from installing apps or you can allow other users to install them anyway.
This may become very unlikable feature of Windows 10 as it will not allow users to install and use other apps but may become very likable feature for basic users. This feature will keep those basic users from installing malware on their PC’s and they may also get some Win32 apps from Windows Store via Microsoft’s Desktop App Converter.
Windows 10 Creators Update is expected to be released in April, which is when we will get full knowledge on this feature.
Stay Tuned for more.
