Microsoft now aims to bring a new desktop experience for Windows 10 Mobile Devices which will be fully universal. Microsoft is reportedly working on this project code named as “ANDROMEDA”.
This will bring improvements to Continuum for phones in Windows 10 and feature like multiple window support, a full featured taskbar, toast notifications, an updated Action Center along with an UI which looks almost similar to desktop in Windows 10 PC.
Andromeda is the part of the new upcoming Composite Shell a.k.a CShell.
What’s huge is, Google is also working on similar project with same name for Android.
