Fitbit has released a new update for their UWP app which brings a major feature that company has been working for. The latest app brings notification support as a part of Open Beta for everyone. Fitbit has been testing notifications since March (Closed Beta) and now the company is rolling it out for everyone.

The feature is still intended for Windows 10 Insiders, supporting only Windows 10 Creators Build 15216, which has in fact not been released yet. The current version notifications are still hit and miss but it will improve as time goes on.

For now, Fitbit users can head below and download the app from Windows Store. Do let us know your experience about this update in the comments section.
